1. Usage

All of our premium designs are designed for Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Cricut Design Space, etc.

2. Licensing

Our designs are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial projects (with limitations). Use them on as many personalization products as you like because they are licensed under the GPL. However, to commercialize the product on other types of personalization products, you will need a valid and active license.

Please note that you are not allowed to sell our designs to anyone else.

3. Registration

• As a regular customer: You can purchase and track your order, download products via Email (if not registered for an account) or My Account Page (If registered for an account).
• As a Membership Customer: You sign up as a Membership with any plan, you will have access to our support channels. Membership users can download the product files you want and there are limits per plan (See details here).

By signing up, you also agree to receive emails from us regarding major product updates, news, and coupon codes.

4. Ownership

You may not claim exclusive ownership of any Design Products on Oladino, whether modified or unmodified. All products remain the property of Oladino.

5. Downloads

If you have any issues with our product files or have difficulty downloading, please contact us and we will promptly resolve the issue.

6. Compatibility

Our products are optimized for the latest stable version of Cricut Design Space and other graphic design software. While we strive to ensure compatibility, we cannot guarantee that our design products will work seamlessly with all cutting software, or other graphic design software. You can contact us via live chat or email for any compatibility-related questions.

7. Liability

Oladino will not be liable for damages arising from the misuse of our products. This includes reselling the products, commercializing the products without a license, etc.

8. Refund Policy

If our products are not as described and we do not resolve the reported issue within the next 3 business days, we will issue a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Learn more from our refund policy page.

9. Product Support

We provide support for editing, errors during downloading and minor modifications. We do not provide technical support for third-party software. Please contact us via email for effective support.

10. Pricing Changes

Oladino reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. We may discontinue any product pricing plan, subscription, or part of it at our discretion.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable international, national or regional taxes. Please note that our product prices do not include taxes. Product prices are handled exclusively by Paypal.

12. Copyright

All content, products, including images, on the Oladino.com domain and subdomains are copyrighted. Unauthorized copying or redistribution of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
