Key Points About Refund Policy
- If our product does not work or has a design issue, our design team will look into the issue and IF we do not fix the error/issue within 3 business days, we will happily refund 100% of your money.
- To get your refund, you must claim the refund with valid grounds (abiding by all other refund policies mentioned on this page) within the first 15 days of your purchase. No refund requests will be entertained after this period.
- You must provide necessary images of the issues you are experiencing to enable us to resolve/reproduce/investigate the issue.
- We may refuse to refund those customers who misuse or misbehave with our products and services.
- You must let us try to resolve the issue and cooperate with us in the entire process.
- Once we have refunded you, you must delete all downloaded product files from your storage space.
- Before purchasing a product, make sure you have sufficient knowledge and are clear about the product and your needs. If you request a refund due to lack of knowledge, your refund request may not be approved.
