– For commercial purposes, you can create LIMITED end products up to 50 copies per design purchased and limit use to a maximum of 2 employees/team members.
– Production partners such as Print Aura or Printful may be utilized strictly for manufacturing without involving licensing.
– Modifying colors is permissible.
– However:
– Reselling any received digital media is prohibited.
– Sharing or posting files on third-party platforms is only allowed through authorized production partners mentioned earlier.
– Distribution of these resources that leads others to utilize them against terms is not permitted unless they’re one of the stipulated 2 employees/team members.
– Altering designs solely for resale purposes isn’t allowed nor removing parts of designs for resale usage either.
– Creating stencils commercially forbidden; however personal use stencils are acceptable within specified limits (you or designated team members).
– File conversion into embroidery patterns and selling those directly not permitted; yet using them personally remains valid based on stated limitations previously described
– Files should not be added onto POD marketplaces including Merch by Amazon and similar sites due to copyright implications.
